VCP of Longmont

Known for small-town charm and mountain views, Longmont provides the perfect backdrop for healing and hope. This innovative Village is the first of its kind to be fully integrated into an existing residential neighborhood. A unique collaboration between Veterans Community Project, the City of Longmont, and HMS Development, the Village sits on a two-acre property and features 26 fully furnished tiny homes—ranging from 240 to 320 square feet—designed to house both individuals and families.

At the heart of the Village is a 3,000-square-foot Community Center, where Veterans gather, connect, and access wraparound support services on their journey to permanent housing stability. The layout is intentionally designed to foster connection, with homes arranged around a central green space featuring a fire pit flanked by inviting outdoor gathering areas. While cozy in size, the Village radiates warmth and belonging, offering Veterans not just a safe place to live—but a true sense of community.
